Are you looking for a way to help the Lawndale Museum?
The following fundraising campaigns are just a few of the projects under way at the museum that are in need of your financial support.
Porch Furniture
The historical photos of the Williams’ Family home typically included Rockers on the front porch. A 2023 Secret Santa delivered a Rocker for the front porch. This brought light to the need for more of the same type of chair.
Currently the volunteers move chairs in and out of the museum to support tour activity. With the addition of a set of outdoor rockers, there would be no need to continually move chairs in and out of the museum. And also, the additional aesthetic value to the front of the museum would be greatly improved.
Your donation will also include an engraved plaque with a choice of either a name in honor or a name in memory.
Replica Fountain (Update)
Exciting News! We have reached our financial goal with this fundraising effort! Many thanks to our very generous donors! The concrete base has been designed and poured. The fountain has been ordered and we are now patiently waiting for this piece of art to be fabricated by the Tuscumbia Ironworks Company. Tuscumbia’s lead time estimate is 15-18 weeks.
