2nd Annual Bluegrass In Brevard

Lawndale Museum is planning for the 2nd annual Bluegrass in Brevard Festival at F. Burton Smith Park in Cocoa. Keep an eye on our page for updates to the event.

At This Point We are looking for Food Vendors.

All food vendors must have Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) Mobile Food Service Department of Agriculture License.  Food must be authenticate and prepared by you.  We are looking for food that is compatible with a fun family noon and afternoon Bluegrass Concert. Lawndale volunteers will be selling beverages.

RATES

$50 plus 5% of you sales on honor system basis.  $50 must be paid in advance as a deposit and is refundable up to 30 days prior to the event.

CHECK-IN and SET-UP

Check-in is Saturday from 6:30 am to 9 am.  All vendors must be in place by 9:30 am.  No teardowns permitted until 4 pm or later.  Park must be cleared by 5 pm.

We are also looking for Craft Vendors

All items you are selling must be made or created by you.  No readymade retail mass-marketed items are allowed.  Please submit 3 photos showing your products.  All displays must be in good taste in the opinion of the Lawndale Board of Directors.  We reserve the right to reject work, displays or signage that do not conform to our requirements.  We are a not-for-profit Museum and products that reflect historic handmade items are preferred but not exclusive. There is no power available to any sites.

RATES

 $25 + 5% of your sales on an honor system basis.  $25 must be paid in advance as a deposit and is refundable up to 10 days prior to event.  Be prepared for sun, rain and wind.  Event will be held rain or shine but postponed in the event of hurricane.  Spaces are 10×10 with a few skewed to match the geography.
